Leads
Maintain one searchable lead book.
Sign in with your own approved account. Open Leads through the sidebar or Master setup. Some actions require administrator/manager permission. Screens use anonymized test data; sample totals are not your company results.
What to do
- Use search, stage and owner filters to find the record.
- Choose New lead for a fresh enquiry; supply a name and contact method.
- Open an existing lead to edit or log activity; save and refresh to check the result.
Check the result
One lead is saved with the correct owner and next action; duplicate contacts are reviewed.

On narrow screens, scroll to reach the remaining form fields and actions. Close help to return to your unfinished form.
Why and how this activity works
Select Add lead / Create lead. Enter contact name and at least email or an international phone number. Choose company, industry, source, owner, stage and notes. New leads suggest a next-day follow-up. Review the date before saving. A permission claim needs evidence; an incoming enquiry does not automatically permit marketing. Open a lead to edit or log activity. Dates entered on the device are shown in IST in the CRM.

If something is missing or fails
Check role access, selected record and filters. Read validation errors before retrying. For a conflicting edit, refresh and review the current record. A saved setting does not prove a provider connection is active.
