Manage data requests and access with a traceable review.
Sign in with your own approved account. Open Data & privacy through the sidebar or Master setup. Some actions require administrator/manager permission. Screens use anonymized test data; sample totals are not your company results.
What to do
- Review the relevant consent, privacy or staff-access section.
- Enter the request or approved role change with supporting context.
- Save and inspect its recorded state; protect exported backups and test restoration separately.
Check the result
A recorded request is available for human review; a register entry does not itself fulfil a legal obligation.

Why and how this activity works
Use recorded provenance, channel permissions, Do not contact, role restrictions, audit trail and privacy request register. The register tracks requests for human review; it does not automatically fulfil access, correction or erasure obligations. These features are not GDPR or Indian data-protection certification. Before production, obtain a current legal review for applicable duties, notices, lawful basis, retention, contracts, subprocessors, security, requests and incident response. Do not store patient records or other sensitive industry datasets without a separately assessed configuration and controls.

If something is missing or fails
Check role access, selected record and filters. Read validation errors before retrying. For a conflicting edit, refresh and review the current record. A saved setting does not prove a provider connection is active.
