See meetings, deadlines and follow-ups in one schedule.
Sign in with your own approved account. Open Calendar through the sidebar or Master setup. Some actions require administrator/manager permission. Screens use anonymized test data; sample totals are not your company results.
What to do
- Choose a date and Month, Week or Day view.
- Use Previous/Next to move through the schedule.
- Open a task or event and review its owner, date and current status.
Check the result
The selected period shows recorded CRM events; external calendars are not silently synchronized.

On narrow screens, scroll to reach the remaining form fields and actions. Close help to return to your unfinished form.
Why and how this activity works
Each task has one accountable owner, optional collaborators and reviewer, checklist, deadline, priority and blocker. Add comments rather than overwriting another person’s work. If a reviewer is assigned, follow its review status. Lead follow-ups create related automatic work; change their lead’s follow-up date to reschedule/clear them. Calendar shows CRM events and deadlines in day/week/month views. External Google/Microsoft calendar synchronisation is not connected.

If something is missing or fails
Check role access, selected record and filters. Read validation errors before retrying. For a conflicting edit, refresh and review the current record. A saved setting does not prove a provider connection is active.
